The material can replace traditional cast iron and steel structure metals, and can make up for the lack of properties of metal materials.

Compared with steel and cast iron, mineral composites have obvious advantages in technology, economy and ecology. Compared with cast iron and steel, mineral composites have the advantages of good vibration damping, corrosion resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good electrical insulation, flexible design and manufacturing, short processing cycle, strong repair, high processing and manufacturing precision, perfect combination with any material, etc. Its excellent performance not only benefits users in the field of machine tool manufacturing, but also is widely used in many fields such as medical technology, solar energy, electronics and packaging industries.

Artificial stone is a low pollution, low energy consumption and environment-friendly product; in the production process, high-temperature sintering is not needed, toxic and harmful gases are not generated, and there is basically no pollution to the environment.

Technological Advancement and Core Competitiveness

1) The product is based on new resin, adding aggregate, auxiliary materials and additives. Through reasonable grading and introducing an elastic interface layer with good bonding between aggregate and resin, the mechanical properties and high damping properties of artificial stone are improved.

2) The product can partially replace cast iron materials and have excellent properties. Some properties have far exceeded cast iron materials, thus promoting the R&D and application of high-precision lathes.

3) High precision and obvious damping effect. Artificial stone has obvious damping effect, and its damping capacity is 10 times that of cast iron. Artificial stone provides excellent stability for fast browsing, scanning and detection; it can greatly improve the machining precision of the workpiece and provide the basis for precision machining.

4) Flexible design and strong combination. The artificial stone mold is designed and manufactured flexibly and can be perfectly combined with a variety of structural parts to install linear guide rails in special areas. Thus it expands the scope of application and has broad market space.

5) In terms of material application and process, from the beginning of product structure design, digital design is used to focus on the secondary processing of machine tool auxiliary accessories, protection, pipelines, cooling system accessories and connecting units. The assembly section adopts concurrent engineering theory for optimal combination and integrated processing, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces secondary assembly hours. On the premise of reducing the cost, the appearance of the equipment is optimized, and the excessive pipelines caused by previous interspersed works is completely solved.

6) Mold design and manufacturing is the basis for the application of mineral casting materials at room temperature casting. All processes requiring secondary processing are integrated through mold material selection and structure design. One-time casting realizes multiple functions and greatly reduces the manufacturing cycle; according to statistics, the post-processing process of mineral casting materials in a vertical machining center is reduced by 75% compared with that of cast iron materials.

7) Able to reduce costs. The artificial stone can be formed at one time according to the customer's requirements in the production process, which can save the customer the cost of secondary finishing and machining; the substitution of artificial stone also provides a basis for customers to reduce the amount of expensive structural materials; the product can also integrate complex parts, diversified structure, reduce the number of system parts and assembly time, which also greatly reduces customers' use costs.

8) Good heat resistance. Compared with metal castings, it can reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion, have the smallest heat-resistant gradient, and ensure the service life and efficiency of products.

9) High precision. Insensitive to temperature change, small thermal shrinkage, no local shrinkage, improved precision of machine tools and other products, and satisfactory high-tech processing.

10) Environmentally friendly materials. Artificial granite products for machinery use a large number of granite and marble leftovers as raw materials, which not only deal with the environmental pollution caused by waste, but also greatly save energy. It is a low-pollution and environment-friendly product with low consumption and high output; in the production process, high-temperature sintering is not needed, toxic gases are not generated, and there is basically no pollution to the environment.
